FAQ

1. Do you have a retail location?
We currently do not have a retail location, however most of our items can be viewed online on our rentals page. We do deliver for your convenience and to ensure safe and proper placement of your items.

2. Is there a delivery fee?
Unfortunately due to increasing gas prices, some areas do require a delivery fee ranging form $25 to $100 based on your geographic location. However our coverage area for our free delivery does include many cities and towns. You can view our delivery fee map here. Orders under $200 are subject to additional delivery fees.

3. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We recommend that you place the order as soon as possible to ensure the item(s) you want will be available. However we will work with you the best we can to accommodate any last minute party wishes.

4. What happens if there is inclement weather on the day(s) of my event?
Here at Happy Days, we understand that Mother Nature is hard to predict. We will work with you to schedule a rain date with the same product if it is available, or we will provide a comparable item to fulfill your rental needs. However, moonbouncers can be used safely in light rain.

5. How much of a deposit is required?
The deposit amount varies from the amount of products and prices but usually a 30% non-refundable deposit is required for orders.

6. When is final payment due?
Final payment is due upon delivery of product(s). You may use cash, check, or credit card for this payment unless otherwise noted by representative.

7. If I cancel my order, do I get my deposit back?
Unfortunately, because the deposit is your security to have the item on your requested date, the deposit cannot be refunded if the order is cancelled. However we will in most cases hold the deposit as a credit on your account for a future rental unless the order is canceled within a week of the order date.

8. Does someone need to be at the location for delivery?
Yes, a responsible party needs to be at the premises to receive, sign for, and pay any unpaid balance of delivery items. This is also to ensure proper placement of items as they may not be moved after set-up due to safety reasons.

9. Can I move the item after it has been set up?
Certain small items such as tables, chairs, and concession carts can be moved without penalty. However due to the delicate nature of other items and the importance of placement safety, large items such as moonbouncers, tents, cold beverage machines, jukeboxes and games cannot be moved. If these items are moved from their location, a $100 fee will be charged plus any additional charges for repair if the item(s) is damaged.

10. Do you have water slides?
Because our company is very safety conscience, we do not have any water slides, but we do have a slip and slide which can be viewed on our rentals page.

11. How long does it take to fill the dunk tank?
The dunk tank is approximately 500 Gallons and takes about an hour to fill. If you have a well, it is recommended that you fill the tank in half hour increments with at least 20 minutes in between to allow the well to replenish.

12. What is the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?
Pole tents have at least one middle pole and can only be setup on grass. Pole tents need to be on as level a surface as possible, but can conform to small dips and level changes. Also please allow at least 1.5 feet clearance on each side of the tent for ground stakes to properly secure the tent. For example, if you order a 20’X30’ tent, please ensure that there is at least a 23 foot by 33 foot area cleared for the tent. Frame tents can be set up on pavement or grass and do not have any middle poles. However the area needs to be as close to level as possible because frame tents cannot conform to dips and changes in level as easily as pole tents can. Please allow at least 1.5 feet of clearance on each side for ground stakes or water barrels.

13. Can be moonbouncers be setup on pavement?
Yes, however arrangements do need to be made when ordering so that sandbags can be included in your order. Sandbags are provided at no additional cost.14. How close does the moonbouncer need to be from an electrical outlet?a. The moonbouncer cannot be more than 100’ away from a 15 or 20 amp outlet. If there is no outlet available or your desired location is farther than 100’, arrangements can be made to rent a generator with your moonbounce at an additional charge.
